About Yoga to calm anxious mind
Most of the major diseases such as nervous depression, heart disease, cancer, etc., have emerged with industrialisation in the last 50 to 100 years. Our grandfathers worked in small shops, out in the fields and so on. But now, if we work in the corporate world or work as an entrepreneur; we have to deal with the tax department, banks, government, consumers, exporters and other agencies. The session will address issues around back problems: how to prevent and manage it. Rest is the best remedy for severe back pain. Spinal stability may be gradually regained by carefully choosing and practicing asanas under guidance of an expert yoga teacher. Some breathing techniques help re-establish pranic flow in the spinal cord. Because stress is also cause of back problems; the course will also assimilate with it other limbs of yoga that will address not only physical but also mental and emotional dimensions of being.

Because they are relatively symptom free initially, we tend to ignore them until the diseases become life-threatening. If practicing away from home then, for better experience, the practitioner may use Bluetooth earphones.
